Their MO is simple, they infiltrate a country, and then conduct acts of terrorism to strike fear into the hearts of citizens. From there, they overthrow and publicly execute politicians and those with influence of the nation. It is during this process that the public is swayed to their side, and many join their cause, causing their numbers to rise at an alarming rate. Their true intentions remain very much unknown, however it is known that their figurehead is the one that calls himself Kirigaya, the Herald to the Son of Ares.
