Following the Age of War, the world was in disarray, with 70% of the population having been removed. A group of wealthy men, known as the Pandora Foundation saw themselves as the source of hope for the world, and decided to put their wealth into helping the world recover through advancements in technology, and mass manufacturing. They provided employment, but also utilised robotics to make up for the loss of a workforce. 

Through the Age of Anarchy, they worked tirelessly to develop more efficient forms of travel, communication and computing in order to push humanity to be able to achieve the wonders of The Rebuild. Pandora is now relied upon more than any nation or entity. Our databases hold the history of the world, as well as blueprints to current and future technology, making us indispensable.
