Shinsuke Tamashi, currently the Ace of The Family was born in Yamanashi as the eldest child of Tetsu Tamashi. Tetsu, a Hall of Fame Gladiator had an idea to create a faction of Gladiators that would also be half-siblings, born to different mothers. Shinsuke was the centrepiece of that plan, being birthed by the woman that remained as his wife.

From a young age, Tetsu worked Shinsuke to the bone, preparing him for leadership. Before long, Shinsuke became a prodigious talent, rising to the heights of the sport, and claiming the fabled top ranking. One by one, his half-siblings grew older, and stronger, and so the faction was eventually formed.

The only issue was, he has no interest in Wargames. Shinsuke despises the sport, and a lot of this hatred was exasperated by a loss that occurred in his life. But Shinsuke continues to fight, seeing it as a duty to his father and his family’s legacy. His relationship with his siblings is rocky at best at times, with them not always seeing him fit to be leader. But he is the only one out of the five of them that has tried to maintain contact with their ostracized sixth sibling, Rokuro.
