As of right now, the origins of Vantacubes remains entirely unknown, but there is huge doubt amongst the few that are aware of these entities that there is potential that they may not even originate from this planet. In fact, due to their abilities, most of which seem to remain unexplored, there are theories that they may have a similar origin point to the vials of Ambrosia which create Godsends.

The primary ability that Vantacubes have been utilised for is their intense, and seemingly limitless supply of energy. A single Vantacube had been utilised to power the entire CERN facility, without any issue, and without running into even a hint of the energy source fading. Through the work of Pandora’s top scientists, one of the only two Vantacubes known to be in existence right now has been used to power Pandora facilities, in a trial run for energy that could one day facilitate the Rebuild of the entire globe
